Sunday 5th October - Oh yes, the later Scandi is here - and another beauty it is too. Those of you "Stateside" need to check this rocker out. My son Chris has a Strat, but chooses the Scandi over it every time... and as Rob from Hagstrom Canada says: "I think it is absolutely Scandious that you should have two of these guitars and I have never even seen one!!" heh heh heh ..."  Well there's one guy who's very welcome to arrange a visit over here when you can - Just imagine the jam...    Thanks also to Leonard at Berlin Guitars for the deal

Tuesday 23rd September - We go way back to the earliest days of Hagstrom guitars (no - not 1958). We have some more info to support the branded Hagstrom guitar dating back to the 1930's...
Friday 19th September - The wait begins... for the one I've waited for... The Scandi is a most underrated model, mainly because it was held back from the USA. The first version is a firm favourite here, the second version has a couple of great mods...
Friday 12 September - Absolutely superb pictures - you must see David Feight's Cherry Red vision - near perfection!
Thursday 11th September - There's no record of the "Redneck", but we have the photo's here...
Wednesday 10th September - Another tranny Viking - a gorgeous cherry example - cherished like jewel in Argentina.
Tuesday 2nd September - We've been very busy with other projects recently, but now there are a couple of 'must see' updates from visitors...      and Manfred brings us an official CoronadoVI, and Paul Wratten his Canadian Viking 1N transition - that lives in New Zealand!

Yep it's a bit obscure... It's a British thing... it's a reference to some imported cartoon thing, then a convoluted reference to
one of The Beatles songs... who also were quite big in 64 and (finally) it's a guitar from 1964 (phew) - sorry folks, it's the heat!

                              ...and Gerrit got a Diamond Deal in the Big Apple - one was not enough either!

Sunday 15th June - The acoustics page is being split into two, "modern models", and the Real Oldies - much has arrived to be added soon,
                 ..... meantime dig out all those parlour models from the forties etc, and anything 50's backwards with a Hagstrom music label eh?

Friday 13th June - Lucky for some, there are superb pictures and detail of Manfred's latest - H8 Bass

Monday 9th June - A slight departure whilst we consider the oft associated brand name Espana. I have no evidence for or against - do you?

Thursday 29th May - A real smooth second series Coronado IV is the latest icing on Manfred's "MUST SEE" page. Welcome back Manfred!

Friday 16th May - The letter from 1991 confirming the date (Thanks Rudolph!)

A nice little addition to the memorabilia, so we can now say we have the youngest player on the oldest Hagstrom (Sorry this isn't Hagstrom Canada is it?), no but click the picture for the page, and the letter.
 

Monday 12th May - Noel Redding passes away Sunday 11th May, the bassist with The Jimi Hendrix Experience, left both a musical legacy and that of being "a lovely guy", according to his former manager.

Saturday 10th May - There's a long animation of CDC on the P46 on the Home page just slide down near the bottom and let it load.

Wednesday 7th May - That (green) acoustic started some controversy, then came a natural one from the UK, now a variation from Norway
                                  There's a whole separate story lost in the mist of time unfortunately. Thanks to Jon Ivar Kolstad.

Tuesday 6th May - The Unveiling! and Check out Baby Blue in Tiger skin! (No, we haven't gone 'mucky' all of a sudden) but Manfred is back.
