Is a Classic, Is a HC4, the Isabella or HC4 (Sold)

horizontal rule

The Hagstrom HC4 (Bjarton Isabella) is a classical guitar to aspire to. The warm tones are something you can imagine. Much better to hear it though...

The ornate marquetry around the sound hole is further enhanced by
delicate fretwork within, a piece of craftsmanship that underlines the
expertise of the Bjarton Luthiers that brought us this model.

this model was chosen to both inform and inspire the learner to greater things!

A Tune a Day for Classical Guitar published by Boston Music Company
written by C. Paul Herfurth and Stanley George Urwin. (1970).
(I understand the book is still in print today)

Like so many, catch it in a different light, and the colour tones of the mahogany deceive the eye with pleasure.
Some photos show this guitar at home - warm deeper colour - then in Sweden pre-purchase - bright outside light.

Not a lot I can add after these,

- Apart from saying there is a magical satisfaction about sitting back and relaxing with a classical guitar every so often, that is better than any cure for the ills of a hard day...

There's nothing like a REAL original Swedish made Hagstrom (and there are loads around), but if it 'floats your boat', or you can't find an original then who are we to say?

Plenty has been said already and
will be said forever forward probably.
Only you know what's right for you!
